First 12 months included. Every package comes with your domain, Australian hosting, business email and SSL certificate for the first year. If you do not have a domain yet, we will help you choose one and register it in your name. After that, keep the four running yourself for $449 a year, or put the site on a care plan from $49 a month and we watch it, back it up and keep it updated for you. Care plans start at the same four things and build from there, so you are never paying for hosting twice. Cancel whenever you like; the site stays yours either way.

Pay a 50% deposit and we get to work. Most sites launch within 2–4 weeks, depending on the package and approval time. More extensive sites will depend on what’s involved. Your website, domain and all logins stay yours.

06 — Questions
Straight answers
No. Your package includes the core website wording. We will ask you about your business, services, customers and location, then shape that information into clear website copy. You can review the wording before launch and request changes.
No. If you do not have a domain, we can help you choose one and register it in your name. Your domain remains yours, and you receive access to the account and the login details.
The first 12 months are included in your package. After that a domain has to be renewed every year to stay active. If you do not continue with us, you will need to either move the domain across to your own account or arrange for us to keep renewing it. We will let you know before it falls due. A domain that is left to lapse can be lost, and once it is gone anyone is free to register it.
You do. Your website, domain, content and login details remain yours. We build your website in WordPress, rather than locking you into a private platform.
Yes. WordPress allows you to update your website after launch. We will show you how to make basic changes during your walkthrough. If you would rather leave the updates to us, our care plan is available from $49 per month.
Once your website is live, we provide a walkthrough so you know how to use it. You also receive 30 days of support for agreed features or corrections that are not working as intended.
Between one and eight weeks, depending on the package. A single-page website is usually one to two weeks, and an online store is closer to six to eight. Each package on the pricing page shows its typical launch window. The exact timing also depends on how quickly information and approvals are provided.
Yes. Small changes can be completed through our care plan from $49 per month. Larger updates, new pages, redesigns and additional functionality are quoted before work begins.
Yes. Every package includes Australian hosting for the first 12 months, along with your domain, business email and SSL certificate. After that it continues on a care plan from $49 per month, or you can take it over yourself. The website and the accounts are yours either way. If you already have hosting you are happy with, we can work with that instead.
Yes. We can review your existing website, identify what is not working and recommend the most practical next step. Depending on its condition, that may be an update, a redesign or a new WordPress website.
Yes. ProWebDesigns is based in Melbourne and works with small businesses across Australia. Most of the process can be handled remotely by phone, email and video call.
